AI for recruitment and HR that frees recruiters to talk to people
Rinaztec builds AI systems for recruitment agencies and in-house HR teams worldwide. We build tools that parse and summarise CVs against a role, reach out to and screen candidates by message or phone, schedule interviews, answer employee policy questions, and automate onboarding paperwork. Recruiters and HR staff make the hiring decisions; the AI does the admin around them.
Where recruiting time disappears
Hundreds of applications per role
Reading every CV takes days, and strong candidates go cold while they wait.
Interview scheduling
Finding a time that suits candidates and hiring managers takes several emails per interview.
Candidate updates
Applicants chase for news, and many never hear back, which hurts your employer brand.
Repeat HR questions
Staff ask about leave, payroll dates and policies, and HR answers the same questions every week.
Onboarding paperwork
Contracts, right-to-work checks and forms are collected and filed by hand for every new starter.
AI systems we build for recruitment and HR
CV parsing and shortlist support
Extracts skills and experience from CVs and summarises each against the role criteria for a recruiter to review.
Candidate outreach and screening
Contacts candidates by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone, asks your screening questions and books interviews.
Interview scheduling assistant
Matches calendars, sends invites and reminders, and handles reschedules without back-and-forth emails.
HR policy helpdesk
Answers employee questions from your handbook and policies, with links to the source, and routes personal cases to HR.
Custom recruitment CRM
A candidate and client CRM built around your desks, stages and reporting when your ATS does not fit.
Fair hiring and candidate data
Hiring is a high-risk use of AI under laws such as the EU AI Act and New York City's rules on automated hiring tools. We design so that people make hiring decisions, test screening criteria for bias, explain to candidates how AI is used, keep candidate data only as long as allowed, and log every automated step so you can answer questions about it.

AI for recruitment and hr: questions, answered
Can AI reject candidates automatically?
We do not recommend it, and in several places the law restricts it. We build AI to summarise and rank against your criteria, and a recruiter makes the decision.
How do you avoid bias in AI screening?
We screen on job-related criteria only, remove fields that can act as proxies for protected characteristics, test results across groups, and keep a person in charge of decisions.
Does it work with our ATS?
Usually yes. We connect to common applicant tracking systems through their APIs, or build a custom CRM if yours is the problem.
Can it call candidates?
Yes. An AI voice agent can run short screening calls, ask your questions and book interviews, with candidates told they are speaking to an AI.
Can employees ask it about HR policies?
Yes. The helpdesk answers from your own handbook and policies with links to the source, and passes personal matters to HR.
How quickly could a recruitment agency start?
A focused first system, such as candidate outreach and scheduling, usually goes live in 3 to 5 weeks.
