A chatbot answers questions. An AI agent also takes actions: it can look up an order, update a record, send an email or book a meeting, following rules you set. We build both, and we will tell you honestly if a simpler chatbot is enough.

We choose the model per job based on accuracy, speed, cost and where your data must stay. That can be a model from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google, or an open-source model you host yourself. You are never locked into one provider.
